1. General Provisions
The owner and administrator of the website interakcje.org is the Stowarzyszeine Działań Artystycznych "Galeria OFF" with its registered office in Piotrków Trybunalski, address: Sieradzka 8, 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski, entered into the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000206220, NIP: 7712258804, REGON: 590613174.
These regulations define the rules for using the Festival's website, the types of services provided electronically, and the complaint procedure.
Using the website constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions specified in these regulations.
2. Services provided electronically
Through the website, the administrator provides free services electronically consisting of:
a) Providing informational content about the program, artists, locations, and events accompanying the Festival.
b) Enabling the sending of messages via the contact form.
c) Enabling the submission of recruitment applications for volunteers and artistic submissions within open calls.
To use the website, a device with internet access and a standard web browser are required.
3. Copyright and intellectual property
All materials published on the website, including texts, photographs, archival documentation of performance shows, video materials, logotypes, and curatorial descriptions are protected by copyright.
The rights to these materials belong to the administrator or to the artists and partners who have consented to their publication.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, or any other use of materials from the website without the prior written consent of the administrator or the respective author is prohibited.
4. Liability and rules for using the website
The user is obliged to use the website in a manner consistent with the law, good customs, and these regulations.
It is prohibited for the user to provide content of an unlawful, vulgar nature or content that violates the personal rights of third parties through the forms on the website.
The administrator makes every effort to ensure that the information on the website is up to date, but does not assume responsibility for interruptions in the operation of the website resulting from technical reasons or reasons beyond the administrator's control.
5. Complaint procedure
The user has the right to file a complaint related to the functioning of the website or the electronic services provided.

The submission should include a description of the problem and the user's contact details to enable a response.
The administrator shall resolve the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt and inform the user of the decision by e-mail.
6. Final provisions
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these regulations. The changes shall come into force on the date of their publication on the website.
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
