1. Data controller
The administrator of personal data collected through the interakcje.org website is the Stowarzyszenie Działań Artystycznych "Galeria OFF" with its registered office in Piotrków Trybunalski, address: Sieradzka 8, 97-300 Piotrków Trybunalski, entered into the National Court Register under the KRS number: 0000206220, NIP: 7712258804, REGON: 590613174.

2. Purposes and legal bases of processing
Personal data of participants, artists, volunteers, and website users may be processed for the following purposes:
a) Handling inquiries and correspondence – via the contact form or email messages. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
b) Recruitment and coordination of volunteering – processing of data of individuals applying to help with the organization of the Festival. Legal basis: actions prior to concluding a contract or volunteering agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
c) Organization and management of artists' participation – curatorial process, logistical reservations, and open calls. Legal basis: performance of a contract or implementation of a contest application (Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).
d) Documentation and promotion of the Festival – publication of images (photos and video recordings of performance shows and the audience) on social media and on the website. Legal basis: consent of the participant/artist or a legitimate interest consisting in reporting on a public event (Art. 6(1)(a) or (f) of the GDPR).
3. Data retention period
Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes:
Data processed on the basis of a contract or agreement (artists, volunteers) are stored for the time necessary to implement and settle the Festival and until the expiry of any claims.
Data processed on the basis of consent (e.g., image, newsletter) are stored until it is withdrawn by the user.
Data from contact forms are stored for a period of 2 years from the end of the correspondence.
4. Data recipients
Personal data may be transferred to entities cooperating with the Administrator on the basis of entrustment agreements:
Entities providing IT support, website hosting, and mailing systems.
Co-organizers and institutional partners (e.g. Center for Artistic Activities in Piotrków Trybunalski) solely for organizational and logistical purposes.
Entities providing accounting, bookkeeping, and legal services.
5. Rights of data subjects
Every person whose data is processed has the full right to:
Access the content of their personal data and receive a copy of it.
Rectify (correct) or supplement their data.
Erasure of data ("the right to be forgotten").
Restriction of processing of personal data.
Object to the processing of data based on a legitimate interest.
Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal).
Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

The Administrator applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data against unauthorized disclosure or loss. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the GDPR and generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
