Blind dates with history of mankind is the point of contact between sensual bewilderment and political commentary that highlights the complex nature of the idea of cultural memory and our sometimes superficial sense of identity. During Currency 2004 - the International Festival of Modern Performance in New York, Peter Baren initiated the ARK (Arka) series (...), which changed and evolved over time. It was presented successively in the USA, Europe, Canada, the Middle East, Asia and Central America. BDWTHOM (RWCZHL) is part of a multi-sensory series and fulfills the public assumptions of performance art - the promise of drama, duration, theatricality - to evoke a disturbing impression of primal mystery, crowd lust, fear and cultural transformation. - Lance Bromgen

The complicity of the audience is triggered by all senses. You cannot and should not let the audience come out unmoved. Peter Baren's performance is not a visual spectacle, but an emotional experience.
